The Stigma Associated With Mental Health Issues in the Community.
According to the World Health Organization, Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.
During each podcast episode, our participants openly discuss the extent to which the aforementioned criteria ring true for them or not.

OBANZ is a Singer/Songwriter and Model. “Love and Create, Hustle and Motivate.” Obanz is also a Bronx born Nigerian native and athlete.
OLU FOLARIN is an upcoming artist currently based in Indiana. “I mostly work on Afro music but sometimes I dabble into other genres.”
